After placing your order, you can send us your photo and personalization details through one of the following methods:

You can send your photo directly through our live chat on the website. This is a quick and convenient way to share your image and confirm any custom details with our support team.

If you have already placed an order, please include your order number in the email so we can match your photo with the correct product.

Photo Requirements

For the best printing result, please send a clear, high-quality photo. A sharp image helps us create a more accurate and beautiful print on your personalized product.

We recommend choosing a photo that:

• Is clear and not blurry
• Shows the face clearly
• Has good lighting
• Is not too dark or heavily filtered
• Has enough resolution for printing
• Does not contain important details cropped too close to the edge
• Is not a screenshot from social media, if possible

The better the photo quality, the better the final printed result will be.

Please review all names, dates, and custom text carefully before sending them to us. Giftsforyall will print the personalization details based on the information you provide.
If your photo is too blurry, too dark, or difficult to use, our team may contact you to request a better image. However, we recommend sending the best photo from the beginning to avoid delays in production.
Minor differences in color, brightness, or placement may occur due to screen settings, product materials, and the printing process. We always do our best to make your personalized keepsake look beautiful and meaningful.

Each Giftsforyall item is made to order and personalized with the photo, name, date, or details you provide. Because of this, personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has started, unless there is a production defect, damage, or an error caused by us.

Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect names, dates, text, low-quality uploaded images, wrong product selections, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@giftsforyall.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue so we can review your request.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 60 days from the ship date. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first.
